In January 2019, the project was successfully completed and received a final approval. The last remaining details are currently being finalized before the handover of the apartments to their new owners.
August 2018
Works on exterior modifications as well as in the interior are in process. Tiling in the bathrooms and all final technology elements are being completed. The facade plaster has been finished.
July 2018
The energy efficient apartment in the U Pernikářka 7 project features healthy Baumit Klima plaster. As a pioneer in the energy efficient construction field, we support innovative technologies that contribute to a comfortable indoor environment. That's why we were the first developer in the Czech Republic who implemented healthy Baumit Klima plaster in one of the apartment units from the U Pernikářka 7 project. This extremely breathable building material with microscopic pores effectively regulates the relative humidity of the air, since it is able to absorb a large amount of air humidity and, if necessary, evenly release it into the environment. At the same time it does not contain allergens, pollutants or volatile organic compounds and functions as a natural protection against microorganisms and mold.
May 2018
During the month of May, windows in the whole building were installed and the floors and wall surfaces were finished in most of the apartments.
April 2018
At the beginning of April, basic wiring was installed throughout the building. Currently, starting with the lower floors, windows are being installed, floors are being prepared, and the implementation of internal plastering is underway.
March 2018
Basic Construction Completed.
February 2018
The 4th floor was completed at the beginning of the month. Continuing works include the current building of the last two floors where the penthouses will be located. The construction is proceeding according to schedule and the finalization of the building’s structure is expected in the beginning of March.
